About Erin Silver
ERIN SILVER is an award-winning children’s author and freelance writer. Her books for children include Rush Hour: Navigating Our Global Traffic Jam (Blueberry Award winner), Sitting Shiva (Ontario Library Association Best Pick, Sydney Taylor Book Award Honor, Vine Award finalist, TD Canadian Children’s Literature Award finalist), In It To Win It: Sports and Proud to Play: LGBTQ+ Athletes Who Made a Difference. When Erin isn’t writing books and articles, she can be found walking her dog or cheering on her boys from the sidelines of a baseball diamond or basketball court. Erin was a two-time athlete of the year in high school, so she’s certain her kids got their love of sports from her.
